Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?

To maintain our streamlined production and architectural packaging, we currently do not offer custom gift wrapping or messages.

Where do you ship?

We exclusively serve the United States at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

SPIZDIL™ provides complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Since all items are made to order, the timeline includes production and transit:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Total Estimate: 5–12 business days

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to consult our size guides before purchase.

What if my item is damaged?

We are committed to perfection. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will provide a complimentary replacement or full refund.
