1) Production & Processing
Before your order enters the transit phase, it undergoes professional production and rigorous quality checks.
Processing Time: Typically 2–5 business days.
During peak seasons, such as holidays, production may require additional time to maintain our quality standards.
2) Transit & Delivery (USA)
Once production is complete, orders are dispatched via premium carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

3) Complimentary Shipping
As part of our commitment to a superior shopping experience, SPIZDIL™ provides complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase is required. The elite standard of service includes the logistics of your aesthetic assets.
4) Tracking Information
Upon dispatch, you will receive a formal confirmation via email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to reflect initial updates.
5) Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest delivery, items from the same order may be dispatched from different production facilities. In this case, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers at no additional cost.
6) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are precise. SPIZDIL™ is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping of returned packages may incur a service fee.
