All of our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we maintain a refined return policy that reflects the exclusive nature of our production process.


1) Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • — Wrong size / fit
  • — Change of mind
  • — Ordering the wrong item / color
  • — Buyer’s remorse
  • — Items that were worn, washed, or used

Since each item is made on demand, we cannot restock returned products.

2) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will ensure it is rectified immediately.

We offer a complimentary replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • • Your order number
  • • High-resolution photos of the issue
  • • A photo of the shipping label

3) Lost Packages

If tracking indicates "Delivered" but the package is missing, please verify with neighbors and your local post office. If unresolved, contact us within 14 days for assistance.
